About CICA
CICA is an expanding group private practice seeking to hire full-time LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT psychotherapists to provide psychotherapy for high functioning adults, couples, and adolescents. The practice is located in the heart of Boston's Financial District in a secure, contemporary professional building, minutes away from the MBTA’s South Station.
Our mission is to provide high-quality, insight-oriented therapy, that is culturally sensitive and eclectic/adaptable to meet our diverse client population’s multitude of clinical needs. Our clinical team prides itself in being multi-cultural, multi-lingual, and comes from a wide range of treatment modalities. The ideal candidate will commit to continually providing compassionate, culturally integrative care for our clients, and will be actively engaged within a collaborative, team-oriented group practice, while also being skilled in working independently with their respective clients.
